Description

You will provide technical support and maintenance for IT systems in a manufacturing environment, including MES, ERP, and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth production operations. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues, support automation initiatives, and train end-users.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
• Minimum 2 years IT support experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, firewalls, routing)
• Experience supporting MES and ERP platforms

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software for manufacturing operations
• Provide first-level and second-level support for MES, ERP, PLM, and related applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve production system issues to minimize downtime
• Manage and monitor network connectivity across manufacturing facilities
• Support data collection for quality and compliance, including torque certifications and NCR traceability
