💼 About This Role

You'll join the Customer Communication team at smava, a leading FinTech, to build and scale omni-channel communication services. You'll own systems end-to-end, from development to operations, and drive data-driven experiments to optimize customer value and timing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work on NodeJS and Typescript services on AWS Lambda and Kubernetes
• Ensure stable and reliable customer communication services
• Build new features and optimize performance parameters
• Collaborate with Product Owner to plan and develop features

📋 Requirements

• Node.js using TypeScript
• AI and LLM systems experience
• Scaling services with MySQL queries and caching
• AWS with Kubernetes and Terraform

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Twilio, CrossEngage, or Segment
• Familiar with Grafana stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir/Prometheus)
