💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings. You'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs. This role follows the school calendar with consistent Monday-Friday hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data on student progress and behaviors each session.
• Support communication, social, and self-regulation skill development.
• Travel between assigned work sites within designated service area.

📋 Requirements

• At least one year of ABA/Behavior Technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between work locations.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.

• Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification.
• Experience in school settings.
