Description

You will lead the product strategy for Harness's Infrastructure as Code Management (IaCM) product line, working with engineering and design teams to define technical requirements, manage the backlog, and deliver scalable solutions that help organizations govern cloud infrastructure. You will conduct market research, write PRDs, and monitor product performance to drive iterative improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of product management experience building and scaling technical products
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, or related domains (e.g., provisioning, policy enforcement, governance, CI/CD)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Partner with UX/UI teams to deliver user-centered designs and experiences
• Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs)
• Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure smooth execution
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized based on business value and technical feasibility
