๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a team of Field AEs selling Rubrik's cybersecurity and data protection solutions to strategic enterprise accounts. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth, managing pipeline, and developing partner ecosystems. This role offers the chance to shape territory strategy as a key member of the Enterprise Management team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory sales strategy
- Build partner ecosystem and collaborate with focus partners
- Manage, recruit, hire, and enable sales team members
- Provide guidance on account strategy and CxO-level selling
๐ Requirements
- 1-5 years of sales management experience
- 5+ years using Value Selling Methodologies and MEDDIC
- Proven track record selling technology products and services
- Knowledge of Rubrik's domain (data protection, cloud security)
โจ Nice to Have
- Relevant domain experience in security, backup, cloud, datacenter
- Experience closing competitive deals with healthcare organizations
