Description

You will play a key role in sales operations by supporting the commercial team, managing client follow-ups, and improving internal processes. Located in St-Hubert, this position involves working closely with sales representatives and various departments to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years experience in sales coordination, commercial support, customer service, or account management
  • Bilingual French/English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable in dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with ERP/CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Support sales representatives with daily activities including quote follow-ups, presentations, and CRM updates
  • Liaise between sales, estimation, order entry, and customer service teams
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups and follow up on pending projects
  • Prioritize sales opportunities based on objectives and production capacity
  • Participate in continuous improvement of internal processes
