Description
You will play a key role in sales operations by supporting the commercial team, managing client follow-ups, and improving internal processes. Located in St-Hubert, this position involves working closely with sales representatives and various departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience in sales coordination, commercial support, customer service, or account management
- Bilingual French/English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable in dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with ERP/CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Support sales representatives with daily activities including quote follow-ups, presentations, and CRM updates
- Liaise between sales, estimation, order entry, and customer service teams
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and follow up on pending projects
- Prioritize sales opportunities based on objectives and production capacity
- Participate in continuous improvement of internal processes
