You'll join the loudest store in the mall, working as a Sales Associate to create the best experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll provide customer service, share fandom knowledge, and merchandise the store to keep it visually appealing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor zone and maintain visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management.

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Customer service and selling skills.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
