Description

You will lead an AMER-based Training Implementation team to deliver a cohesive onboarding experience for new customers. You'll oversee daily operations, develop omni-channel training strategies, build relationships with strategic accounts, and drive process efficiencies to shorten time-to-value and improve product adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in a Customer Onboarding leadership role with proven KPI track record
  • Strong understanding of software, subscription, and renewal-based business models
  • Exceptional C-level communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience with B2B customer success focused on onboarding and product adoption

Responsibilities

  • Lead and foster a culture of customer centricity and high performance
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding processes to shorten time-to-value
  • Define and track performance metrics and KPIs for team and accounts
  • Increase product adoption through development of onboarding resources
  • Guide team members in maintaining customer relationships and handle key accounts
