💼 About This Role

You'll partner with enterprise clients to drive adoption and value from the Human Transformation Platform, acting as their key strategist and growth planner. You'll own account health, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure renewals and expansions. This role is an intentional on-ramp to Client Delivery Director leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build executive relationships and expand sponsorship across accounts
• Create value-based business recommendations aligned to customer strategy
• Monitor account health and proactively mitigate risks
• Manage concurrent workstreams with program management discipline

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software or service delivery experience
• 7+ years leading enterprise-wide SaaS deployments
• Excellent communication with executive and operating-level stakeholders
• Strong program/project management skills (scrum/agile a plus)

• Experience with Fortune 1000 clients
