💼 About This Role

You'll guide customers through deploying DatologyAI's data curation platform in complex on-prem or hybrid environments. As the trusted technical advisor, you'll bridge the gap between core platform capabilities and unique customer requirements. You'll partner with Sales, Research, and Engineering to drive successful deployments and long-term value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customers through onboarding and production rollout of DatologyAI's platform.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Research to translate requirements into strategies.
• Guide customers in designing scalable, secure workflows across compute, storage, and networking.
• Adapt and optimize platform across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-prem Kubernetes environments.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in solution architecture, customer engineering, consulting, or technical program delivery.
• Strong background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or on-prem/hybrid environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, networking, data pipelines, or large-scale backend infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar languages.

• Deep hands-on experience with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record of adapting complex distributed systems across different infrastructure environments.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and configuration management.
