• Supervise middle managers and field teams
• Track operational KPIs and implement corrective plans
• Structure and formalize operational processes
• Participate in local strategic priorities with management

📋 Requirements

• Bac+4/5 degree in management, engineering, or business
• Management of operational teams in logistics or fleet
• Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker)
• Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively
