🎯 What You'll Do

• Design test strategies for NVLink, Ethernet, and InfiniBand AI clusters
• Build and maintain realistic large-scale test environments
• Lead end-to-end debugging across hardware, firmware, and software layers
• Analyze logs and collaborate with development teams to optimize protocols

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Linux networking and system testing
• Expertise in Linux networking tools like tcpdump, ethtool, iproute2
• Deep knowledge of AI networking technologies such as NCCL, RoCE, RDMA
• Ability to debug source code in C/C++, Python, or similar

• Experience with production-grade troubleshooting under pressure
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Bash, Python, or Ansible
