Description

You will own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery for engine or vehicle systems, taking full responsibility for execution readiness and product quality. You'll develop build flows and test procedures, support first article builds, and provide hands-on floor support to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience in manufacturing engineering, integration, and test
• Hands-on experience with hardware build and test in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop scalable processes for production ramp
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to incorporate feedback
• Collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with design and supply chain

Responsibilities
