You'll join a passionate customer experience team to deliver world-class support for a fast-growing running app. You'll respond to inquiries via Intercom, troubleshoot technical issues, and help customers achieve their running goals. This role is part of a team recently acquired by Strava, offering a unique chance to shape the future of training.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom
- Handle technical and coaching escalations
- Write help-center articles on running topics
- Support at local Runna events when possible
๐ Requirements
- Previous experience in an online customer-facing role
- Right to work in the UK
- Available Sunday-Thursday 9am-6pm
- Able to work from Vauxhall office at least 2x per week
