You'll lead a team of security engineers at ActBlue, protecting the platform that powers Democratic fundraising. You'll define the security roadmap, drive cross-functional partnerships, and maintain hands-on involvement in security work. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor and grow a team of security engineers
• Define and prioritize quarterly security initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Lead incident response preparedness, including runbooks and tabletop exercises
• Oversee vulnerability risk management and application security testing programs

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years managing a team of security engineers or technical ICs
• Experience translating frameworks like NIST CSF into OKRs
• Hands-on experience building or maturing a security program at a mid-size organization
• Deep familiarity with cloud security (AWS) and application security
