Description

You will assist with daily payroll operations including data entry, tax calculations, benefits reconciliation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US regulations. You'll work remotely in a team-oriented environment supporting multi-state payroll.

Requirements

• 3+ years US multi-state payroll experience
• Proficient in Excel (filters, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
• Knowledge of wage-and-hour rules and multi-state taxation
• Experience with Paylocity preferred
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to reconcile discrepancies

Responsibilities

• Enter, validate, and maintain employee payroll data in the system
• Process accurate and timely payroll data entry for new hires, terminations, rate changes, etc.
• Ensure correct calculation and withholding of taxes, benefits, and deductions
• Prepare, transmit, and reconcile recurring benefit and deduction files
• Build reports and resolve employee pay inquiries within SLAs
