You'll join the Hunter Angels team to actively recover terminals from inactive clients via phone and multi-channel outreach. Your work reduces machine losses and boosts logistics efficiency. This role offers the chance to impact company profitability in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform active customer outreach via phone and multiple channels
• Open service orders for terminal collection by field team
• Cancel customer registrations when needed

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing or completed higher education (preferably Administration, Engineering, Logistics)
• Prior experience with active customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Goal-oriented mindset with adaptability
