• Set research direction for core intelligence including memory and reasoning

• Define evaluation frameworks for real-world usefulness
• Own alignment, safety, and guardrail strategy

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience building or evolving real ML systems in production
• Strong technical judgment around model behavior and failure modes
• Builder's mindset with high ownership mentality
• Obsession with evaluation and long-term system behavior
