Description

You will develop and implement a comprehensive workplace safety program, covering OSHA compliance, incident investigation, and field safety training. You'll also support fleet operations, including driver safety and vehicle compliance, to build a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Occupational Safety/Health (EHS) or workplace safety
• Deep working knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards and multi-state compliance
• OSHA-30 certification or equivalent (CSP, CDS) with willingness to obtain OSHA-30
• Proven experience building safety programs, writing SOPs, and conducting hazard assessments
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety policies and programs
• Conduct regular safety audits, property site inspections, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Design and deliver safety training modules on PPE, ladder safety, chemical handling, etc.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations, maintain safety documentation
