💼 About This Role

You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle for AI-powered third-party risk management solutions serving Fortune 500 banks, insurers, and universities. You'll shape GTM strategy alongside founders and build scalable sales processes from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full enterprise sales cycle from lead to close (4–18 months).
  • Build and deepen executive-level relationships in banking, insurance, and education.
  • Manage high-value pipeline with strategic vision and disciplined execution.
  • Partner with founders to refine messaging, expand use cases, and build scalable playbook.
  • Represent Coverbase at conferences and client meetings.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–10+ years of SaaS sales experience in enterprise or complex B2B.
  • 2+ years closing $50K–$1M+ ACV deals with long consultative cycles (4–18 months).
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-based selling skills.
  • Strategic and process-oriented mindset with rigorous forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Experience selling to regulated buyers (banks, insurance, higher education).
  • Experience in both fast-growing startups and larger companies.
