You'll develop scenario-based validation strategies using simulation to evaluate autonomous driving system performance at Torc Robotics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system robustness and real-world vehicle behavior. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute simulation-based test campaigns for AV V&V.
• Collaborate with Product, Systems, and Safety on simulation-driven validation.
• Develop and expand Torc's Scenario Library for ODD coverage.
• Analyze simulation results and build dashboards for stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's with 6+ years experience or Master's with 3+ years in CS, Robotics, Systems Engineering.
• Experience with simulation and virtual testing of autonomous driving systems.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and YAML for data analysis and automation.
• Strong experience with system-level debugging and fault isolation in Linux.

• Experience in automotive or safety-critical system validation.
• Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System).
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
