πΌ About This Role
You'll join Secom Technology's support team in Kingsgrove, providing Level 2 IT support to clients. You'll manage network troubleshooting, Windows Server environments, and end-user support while collaborating with Level 1 engineers. This role offers strong technical growth opportunities in a forward-thinking team.
π― What You'll Do
- Respond to client IT support requests via phone and email within SLAs.
- Troubleshoot network configurations, including VLAN setup and firewall rules.
- Support Windows Server environments with Hyper-V monitoring and VM management.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 user management, email configurations, and Intune.
π Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a Level 2 Support role, preferably in an MSP.
- Proficiency with firewalls including basic rule management.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user management and email configuration.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Basic experience with VoIP systems.
- Familiarity with backup software.
- Experience with network infrastructure including VLAN and wireless.
