💼 About This Role

You'll own the AI layer powering internal operations at a fintech startup, partnering with bizops, finance, support, and engineering teams to eliminate manual work and surface better decisions. You'll set the architecture, security standards, and integration patterns for AI across the company. This role offers a chance to shape an AI-native fintech platform and work with agentic workflows in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities with functional leaders
• Build agentic workflows using Claude Code and MCPs
• Own context engineering, prompt design, and eval harnesses
• Maintain reusable skills, sub-agents, and MCP integrations
• Manage AI tool stack and data handling policies

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years operating in biz ops, strategy, or similar outcome-owning role with production AI depth
• Production prompt engineering and context engineering experience
• MCP experience: built servers and integrated into agent workflows
• Strong understanding of AI security including prompt injection and access control

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in fintech, payments, or data-rich vertical SaaS
• Familiarity with operational engineering or internal tooling contexts
• Experience evaluating AI systems built by non-expert teams
