💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is helping train new recruits and ensuring the team meets sales targets. You'll also assist with daily operations and use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Step in to cover sales floor and provide leadership support.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product using approved store equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
