💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Budapest site as the face of the office, driving culture and engagement initiatives. You'll partner with regional leaders to align people strategy with business goals across EMEA and APAC. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational responsibility in a high-growth, mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Budapest office as site leader, internally and externally.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives based on employee insights.
• Partner with regional leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead complex employee matters and support change management.
• Oversee a distributed People Operations and Workplace Experience team.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in HR/People roles spanning business partnering and operations.
• Proven leadership experience with ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Strong knowledge of Hungarian employment law and fluency in Hungarian and English.
• Experience supporting multi-country regions across EMEA and/or APAC.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a U.S.-based, fast-paced organization.
• Background in organizational design and change management.
• Comfortable with regular international travel across EMEA and APAC.
