You'll own customer onboarding and implementation for cloud marketplace revenue workflows at Suger. Your core impact: driving adoption and ensuring customers transact seamlessly across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Snowflake. This role combines implementation expertise with AI-driven process improvement to scale success.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live
- Manage implementation timelines, stakeholders, and go-live readiness
- Design and deliver customer training that drives early adoption
- Train Suger's AI agents using real customer workflows
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or RevOps
- Experience owning end-to-end B2B SaaS implementations
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to explain complex systems clearly and confidently
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP marketplaces
- Familiarity with Salesforce or RevOps tooling
- Startup experience in a fast-scaling environment
