You'll own customer onboarding and implementation for cloud marketplace revenue workflows at Suger. Your core impact: driving adoption and ensuring customers transact seamlessly across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Snowflake. This role combines implementation expertise with AI-driven process improvement to scale success.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live
  • Manage implementation timelines, stakeholders, and go-live readiness
  • Design and deliver customer training that drives early adoption
  • Train Suger's AI agents using real customer workflows

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or RevOps
  • Experience owning end-to-end B2B SaaS implementations
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to explain complex systems clearly and confidently

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP marketplaces
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or RevOps tooling
  • Startup experience in a fast-scaling environment
