You'll shape sales strategy and lead a team of Account Executives at Figma, collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue and customer relationships. This role offers ground-floor growth in a fast-moving sales org, impacting Fortune 1000 customers.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and execute playbooks for high-growth team
  • Test and refine growth strategies through data
  • Build internal partnerships to increase revenue opportunities
  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives
  • Manage selling to existing and net new customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience leading both managers and Enterprise Account Executives
  • Proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed goals

โœจ Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of second line leadership in B2B SaaS
  • Experience using Figma or other UX/UI tools
  • Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC methodology
