💼 About This Role

You'll support store operations in the absence of management, opening and closing the store while assisting during high-volume periods. You'll provide excellent customer service and help train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge. This role offers opportunities for leadership development in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close the store as key holder in management's absence
• Assist customers with product recommendations and provide excellent service
• Process cash transactions and handle refunds and exchanges accurately
• Monitor sales floor for theft prevention and maintain store cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in wine or beverage retail
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
