Description

You will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, focusing on security and automation. As a foundational member of the U.S. R&D team, you'll shape both infrastructure and culture to support Gong's expansion. Work closely with global engineering, security, and IT teams to integrate DevOps best practices and drive innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering experience
• Experience building and operating scalable AWS environments
• Deep understanding of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Crossplane, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and GitOps
• Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, CircleCI)
• Experience running Kubernetes in production

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and improve secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS)
• Implement security best practices and tooling for CI/CD, monitoring, and developer experience
• Automate and streamline operations and processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Security, Product, and other teams
• Shape company's cloud strategy with security considerations
