Description

You will drive key communication and feedback programs that equip and enable a team of ~1800 Stylists. You'll manage internal knowledge libraries, lead cross-functional meetings, and serve as editorial gatekeeper for Styling communications to ensure clarity and consistency.

Requirements

• 4+ years in internal communications and/or retail operations enablement
• 2+ years working with large-scale remote teams
• Superior written communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally and asynchronously in remote environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize internal knowledge libraries and self-serve tools
• Support documentation standards across internal platforms
• Lead planning and coordination of cross-functional meetings and focus groups
• Serve as primary editorial gatekeeper for Styling communications
• Analyze and share Stylist feedback with relevant partners
