📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate operations, owner's representation, or hospitality development
• High-agency operator with a users-first mindset from consumer-facing retail or premium hospitality
• 5+ years of experience in roles requiring exceptional organization and navigating ambiguity
• Strong communication to distill complex updates into actionable briefings
