Description

You will coordinate a team managing landowner rents, royalties, lease analysis, title verification, and accounts payable. Your role is critical to ensuring accuracy of land records and division order documentation while supporting the Development team with contracting and invoicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Energy Management, Business, Law, or related field preferred; or 5+ years royalty payment administration experience
• Previous Division Order Analyst (DOI) experience strongly preferred
• Managerial experience leading a team of analysts
• Ability to read complex agreements and proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Calculate royalties and ensure timely payment using S4 Hana REFX module, adjusting ownership through asset lifecycle
• Serve as primary landowner contact for lease payments, address changes, and lease administration
• Support land lease payment budgeting and forecasting for operational and development assets
• Review title opinions, probates, and legal documents to determine ownership
• Interface with developers, landmen, accounting, and legal to resolve discrepancies and maintain ownership records
