🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise outbound fulfillment team for picking, packing, shipping.
• Monitor daily workflow and assign tasks for timely order processing.
• Track team productivity and quality metrics, implement improvements.
• Adjust labor based on order volume, carrier cutoffs, and SLAs.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in supply chain preferred.
• 2–5 years warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain or logistics.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish).
