💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and use your fandom knowledge to drive sales. You'll also assist with daily operations and merchandising to meet store goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and close out the register
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of music and pop culture
• Experience using BOPIS or curbside pickup
