You will lead the newly forming Security Compliance team, owning the security and compliance posture for an AI-native collections platform. You'll ensure safe use of LLMs, manage certifications like ISO27001, and drive a security-aware culture as the company scales.

Requirements

• Proven track record of implementing security programmes in fast-growing environments
• Strong working knowledge of ISO27001, UK GDPR, NIST, ISO31000, CIS controls
• Experience managing external audits and vendor risk assessments
• Familiarity with AI compliance considerations
• Thrives at the intersection of compliance, technology, and people

Responsibilities

• Build and shape the Security Compliance team
• Own and advance ISO27001, UK GDPR, and other frameworks
• Ensure AI-native platform has appropriate security guardrails
• Stay ahead of emerging AI compliance standards (ISO42001, EU AI Act)
• Drive security incident response using observability tooling
