Description

In this role, you will support Lyft's global equity function, driving long-term strategy and rolling out world-class equity programs. You will partner cross-functionally on design and delivery, including compliance, tax, mobility, and employee education, while building critical infrastructure for global equity programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of stock plan administration experience with public companies on a global scale
• Experience partnering with Total Rewards teams and international equity plans
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong Excel skills required
• Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and Schwab Equiview platform preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer global equity programs including awards, grants, exercises, cancellations, and issuance
• Drive system automation on Schwab Equiview platform across Workday and ADP
• Develop and deliver employee education programs on equity mechanics and financial wellness
• Support SOX compliance and build efficiencies around key controls
• Coordinate with payroll for proper tax withholding from equity proceeds
