You'll provide technical support for A/V systems across campus events and classrooms. You'll ensure seamless event execution and quick issue resolution. This role offers direct impact on teaching and learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, prepare, and execute support for major campus events
• Assist with support and design of A/V systems for classrooms and event spaces
• Respond to classroom technology emergencies including computer and projection issues
• Assess, repair, and maintain networked printers and multi-function copiers

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience providing technical support across Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android
• Experience supporting A/V for high profile events
• Ability to lift equipment and use ladders

✨ Nice to Have

• AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D Certification
• Experience with Crestron, Extron, or AMX control systems
• Experience in higher education environment
