Description

You will manage nighttime construction activities for SpaceX's Starlink production facility in Bastrop, TX, ensuring safety, coordinating multiple trades, and maintaining quality control to deliver world-class manufacturing infrastructure. This is a hands-on role involving contractor oversight, logistics, and conflict resolution under a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 5+ years of experience in construction industry
• 2+ years of experience leading coordination of multiple trades on site
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce a safe working environment on site
• Manage site logistics including nighttime deliveries and material staging
• Coordinate and resolve field conflicts between contractors and internal partners
• Perform quality control inspections for overnight tasks
• Provide daily handoff to day shift superintendent and maintain nightly log
