You'll join a two-person crew to install residential HVAC systems, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. You'll be the lead installer mentoring an apprentice while meeting efficiency and quality standards. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Install HVAC systems in residential homes safely and efficiently
• Mentor and guide an Install Apprentice during installations
• Maintain accurate documentation in Service Titan
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly

📋 Requirements

• Residential HVAC installation experience
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and manufacturer guidelines
• Ability to work as lead installer in a two-person crew
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Experience with Service Titan software
• Additional HVAC certifications
