You'll lead and scale the end-to-end development of sustainable footwear for a brand that transforms plastic bottles into wardrobe staples. You'll set development strategy, drive margin discipline, and ensure product excellence from prototyping through commercialization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead modernization of footwear development operating model
• Align product development strategy with brand goals and sustainability
• Optimize global footwear development calendar and enforce milestones
• Drive margin discipline through cost breakdowns and factory negotiations

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of footwear product development experience including leadership roles
• Degree in biomechanics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of footwear construction, materials, tooling, testing, and costing
• Proven ability to improve cost and lead times with global manufacturing partners
