💼 About This Role

You'll lead Kraken's global Operating Model practice, defining the blueprint for how high-performing, product-led energy businesses operate. Your work will directly shape client transformations across structure, governance, and decision-making. You'll own the strategy for reducing cost to serve and improving cross-functional alignment at enterprise scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and lead Kraken's client Operating Model transformation strategy
• Define design principles and blueprint for structure, governance, and decision-making
• Hire and lead a team of experts delivering Operating Model blueprints to clients
• Act as senior Operating Model expert in sales presentations and enterprise conversations

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience leading highly cross-functional organizations aligning operations, product, technology, and data
• Hands-on leadership in fast-paced, high-growth or high-change environments
• Strong point of view on how high-performing businesses operate including decision-making and governance
• Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated sectors is required
