💼 About This Role

You'll perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients in Williamsburg, VA. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to help clients remain at home. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or equivalent
• Solid computer skills
