💼 About This Role

You'll join the AML Compliance team at Plata Card to build and improve the AML operational workspace for internal agents. Your focus will be on designing tools and workflows that enable efficient, compliant operations. This role stands out for its direct impact on regulatory compliance across all products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document requirements for AML operational tools and agent workflows.
• Design and improve case management processes and CRM workflows.
• Define requirements for fraud/AML case handling and investigation processes.
• Validate data aggregates, rule outputs, and system correctness.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product management within fintech or banking
• Strong background in AML / fraud / compliance operations
• Experience working with CRM systems or internal operational tools
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro; basic SQL or spreadsheets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data validation and system behavior analysis.
• Fluent English and readiness to work in a Spanish-speaking environment.
