๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead paid media strategy across channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok for a prestige haircare brand. You'll bridge high-level goals with day-to-day campaign execution to drive revenue. This role offers a chance to work with a category-defining brand in a hybrid NYC setting.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns across CTV, OOH, Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon
- Manage full-funnel media from brand awareness to performance marketing
- Own daily and weekly reporting, analysis, and optimization
- Oversee creative briefs and lead A/B testing for ads and landing pages
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in digital/paid media
- Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Ads
- Hands-on experience managing media campaigns end-to-end
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in prestige beauty, haircare, or luxury CPG
- Knowledge of MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) tools
