Description

As the CTO of the new U.S. national trust bank, you will lead the technology strategy and execution, oversee design and integration of core financial systems, and ensure operational resilience, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance while enabling real-time settlement across fiat and digital assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leader in banking or financial services
• Deep expertise in core banking systems, payment rails, and regulatory compliance
• Strong background in cybersecurity and operational resilience
• Experience with digital asset infrastructure and real-time settlement

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Bank's technology architecture in alignment with Payoneer platform
• Ensure scalable, secure multi-rail capabilities across ACH, Fedwire, RTP, card networks, and digital asset rails
