🎯 What You'll Do

• Design system architecture for AI-native product surfaces
• Build foundational systems like generation pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Lead cross-team technical strategy across product, AI, and infrastructure
• Establish best practices for AI product engineering

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling complex systems
• Strong track record owning technical and product direction for ambiguous spaces
• Deep expertise in system design for data-intensive distributed systems
• Experience leading cross-team initiatives and influencing without authority

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or experimenting with LLM-powered features
• Experience designing systems balancing latency, cost, and quality
