You'll manage product rollouts for Wave's launch in Cameroon, overseeing agent networks and user recruitment. Your core impact is building a local agent network and ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements. This role offers the chance to work across multiple regions and drive financial inclusion in Africa.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and build local agent networks
• Train agents on applications and fraud management
• Recruit and onboard users for Wave products
• Monitor cash and float availability at agent locations

📋 Requirements

• French fluency and ideally a local language
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience managing agent networks in Cameroon
• Minimum 1 year managing field-based teams
• Familiarity with at least one listed region in Cameroon

• Medium English level
• Tech-savvy with Excel and onboarding tools
