๐ผ About This Role
You'll join Varicent's global sales team to drive revenue growth for our Sales Performance Management SaaS. You'll develop prospecting strategies, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, and build C-level relationships. This fully remote role offers the chance to impact revenue strategy at a market leader recognized by Gartner and Forrester.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop prospecting strategy with Business Development resource
- Identify ideal customers in region and execute sales campaigns
- Manage pricing and contract negotiation process
- Collaborate cross-functionally to scale sales process
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software
- C-level relationships and experience selling to executives in SaaS
- High-volume pipeline management in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

- Interest in ICM or CRM/SaaS tech space
- Proven success selling into Latin America large companies
