You'll join Varicent's global sales team to drive revenue growth for our Sales Performance Management SaaS. You'll develop prospecting strategies, manage complex enterprise sales cycles, and build C-level relationships. This fully remote role offers the chance to impact revenue strategy at a market leader recognized by Gartner and Forrester.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop prospecting strategy with Business Development resource
  • Identify ideal customers in region and execute sales campaigns
  • Manage pricing and contract negotiation process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale sales process

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing and quota-carrying experience selling enterprise software
  • C-level relationships and experience selling to executives in SaaS
  • High-volume pipeline management in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

  • Interest in ICM or CRM/SaaS tech space
  • Proven success selling into Latin America large companies
