Description
You will drive the execution and scaling of go-to-market partnerships by translating strategy into operational plans. You'll own day-to-day execution, develop enablement materials, track performance metrics, and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position requiring 10-20% travel.
Requirements
- 4-7 years experience in GTM strategy, partnerships, business operations, or management consulting
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth environment
- Strong communication skills with experience creating executive-facing materials
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans
- Highly organized with ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own execution of strategic GTM partnerships including launch planning and stakeholder coordination
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Client Success
- Develop and maintain GTM enablement materials (pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks, training resources)
- Track partnership performance metrics and deliver data-driven insights
- Identify risks and resolve issues for seamless execution
