Description

You will lead and supervise the maintenance team, oversee unit turns, manage capital projects, and ensure the community is well-maintained and compliant. Your role is critical to creating a welcoming environment for residents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3 years apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA certification and CPO certification highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily work of maintenance team
• Manage capital improvement projects including bids and execution
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and ensure move-in readiness
• Implement preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled
